The new manufacturing base covers an area of 109 mu, with a total investment of 160 million yuan and a standardized factory area of more than 18,000 square meters. It focuses on the mass production and precision processing of stainless steel and anti-corrosion special material equipment, specializing in customized pressure vessel products for diverse high-end industrial scenarios. The upgraded production base greatly improves production efficiency and product quality consistency.
The workshop is equipped with advanced intelligent production lines, including precision laser cutting equipment, intelligent plate rolling machines and professional polishing systems. It realizes high-precision workpiece cutting, shaping and mirror surface treatment. Strict assembly and welding standards, together with full-process non-destructive testing and pressure resistance tests, ensure that all finished equipment features high corrosion resistance, stable performance and high industrial applicability.
