On July 28, 2026, Chemical Indonesia 2026 - the 5th Indonesia International Chemicals, Petrochemicals and Process Exhibition - opened at JIExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta. Zibo Taiji Industrial Enamel Co., Ltd. has set up at Booth B2H1-15, with its exhibit line-up deliberately matched to the high-corrosion duties typical of the region: glass-lined reactors, stainless-steel reactors, glass-lined storage tanks and silicon-carbide heat exchangers.

 

Southeast Asia's downstream industries present a notably varied set of operating conditions, and each equipment type in Taiji's range addresses a specific segment of that spectrum:
- Glass-lined reactors
The vitreous enamel inner lining delivers broad resistance to acids and alkalis, making the vessel well suited to strongly corrosive reaction duties such as chlorination, nitration and sulfonation. The smooth enamel surface resists product adhesion, supports faster turnaround between batches and reduces contamination risk;

 

- Stainless-steel reactors
Where higher cleanliness and easier cleaning are the priority - for example in food, edible-oil and fine-chemical processes - stainless-steel construction provides the required surface finish and compatibility with frequent cleaning regimes;

- Silicon-carbide heat exchangers
 In high-temperature, strong-acid heat-exchange duties, silicon carbide substantially outlasts traditional graphite, offering a longer service life and lower maintenance burden under aggressive media.


The three equipment types can be combined flexibly in terms of material grade, vessel volume, seal configuration and drive arrangement, allowing Taiji to cover project requirements ranging from pilot-scale units to large production lines.

 

Over the three-day run, a high proportion of booth visitors have been technical personnel. Questions have concentrated on enamel-lining process, reaction-temperature control range, seal forms, agitator configuration and shop-piping interfaces. Taiji's resident engineers have responded directly with drawings and case-study files, and key technical questions have been clarified on site without the need for a second relay. This direct technical exchange reflects Taiji's emphasis on response efficiency and has been well received by engineering visitors.
 

The exhibition enters its final day today. The Taiji team continues to receive professional visitors at Booth B2H1-15, and welcomes colleagues with anti-corrosion equipment selection or customization requirements to meet on site. After the exhibition, Taiji sincerely invites both new and long-standing partners to visit its manufacturing facilities in Zibo, China, for on-site inspection and cooperation discussions.
