Special steel plate for enamel glass equipment
The steel plates and other materials used in Taiji enamel glass equipment are all sourced from well-known Chinese steel mills such as Baosteel Group and Jinan Iron and Steel Group. They are produced according to strict standards to meet our requirements for thickness and quality, and are specifically designed for enamel glass equipment.
All the steel plates used by our company are Q345R steel plates, which have high-quality properties such as high strength, high toughness, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, welding, and easy processing.

Q345R belongs to the category of container and boiler steel plates, and is also one of the most widely used steel plate grades in China. Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power plants, boilers, etc., it is generally used to make reactors, heat exchangers, separators, gas pipes, liquefied gas tanks, boiler gas bags, and liquefied petroleum gas cylinders.
For ASME standard equipment, we use ASME equipment specialized steel plates. To ensure product quality, improve product quality, and meet the needs of different customers.
Common dimensions of Q345R steel plate:
Thickness:6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20/22/25/30/35/40/45/50/55mm
Width:1800/2000/2200/2500mm
Select the thickness and size of the enamel glass equipment according to different specifications and models, ensuring the quality of the steel plate and precise laser cutting for cutting.
High performance enamel glass
The performance of TJ2009, TJ2016, and TJ2021S porcelain glazes independently developed by Taiji has reached the international advanced level. It has excellent performance in acid resistance, alkali corrosion resistance, mechanical impact resistance, temperature difference resistance, and wear resistance. It can resist the erosion of all organic acids, inorganic acids, organic solvents, weak bases and other media except hydrofluoric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid.

Taiji porcelain glaze adopts internationally advanced electric furnace sintering technology, with precise ingredients and strict control over each production process, fully ensuring the quality of enamel glaze.

Corrosion curve:
The corrosion curve diagram below shows the corrosiveness of typical acid and alkali media on enamel enamel. When the corrosion rate is less than 0.1mm/year, it indicates that the medium has weak corrosiveness to the enamel porcelain layer and is recommended for use. When the corrosion rate is between 0.1~0.2mm/year, it indicates that the medium has a certain degree of corrosion on the enamel porcelain layer, and the corrosion of the enamel porcelain layer should be checked regularly. When the corrosion rate is greater than 0.2mm/year, it indicates that the medium has serious corrosion on the enamel glass and is not recommended for use. The following figure shows the corrosion curves of the enamel layer caused by the medium at different temperatures and concentrations.

Please ask users to choose the suitable enamel glass equipment based on your own media conditions.
