Zibo Taiji multifunctional Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer (ANFD) is an all-in-one processing equipment integrating reaction, stirring, filtration, cake washing and automatic discharging. It is widely used for solid-liquid separation of pharmaceutical raw materials, fine chemical products, dye intermediates and food additives. The equipment can complete synthetic reaction, crystallization, vacuum filtration, filter cake rinsing and drying in one closed system, greatly reducing supporting equipment investment and simplifying production layout.
The whole machine is precisely manufactured of 304/316L stainless steel. The mirror-polished inner tank eliminates sanitary dead corners and fully meets pharmaceutical GMP cleanliness standards. Multiple top flange ports support explosion-proof stirring, temperature detection, vacuum pumping and feeding functions. The bottom quick-opening clamp filter plate structure enables fast disassembly and convenient filter cloth replacement, ensuring totally enclosed operation without material volatilization or dust leakage.
Equipped with jacket heat exchange structure, the filter allows circulating cooling and heating media to adapt to low-temperature crystallization and high-temperature washing processes. The closed negative-pressure filtration system ensures high separation efficiency and low filter cake moisture content. Independent support columns make installation stable without additional operation platforms. All pressure parts pass non-destructive testing and hydraulic & air tightness tests for reliable safety performance.
